The Edward Seitz ’81 Memorial Scholarship was established in 2006 by Mrs. Joyce Davidson Seitz in memory of her husband, Edward Seitz. Edward was a United States diplomatic security special agent who was tragically killed while serving his country in Iraq. He was a member of the Holy Name class of 1981, and his brother Bill ’77 was also a Holy Name graduate. Edward loved his years at Holy Name, especially his time spent as a member of the wrestling team. This scholarship ensures that his memory is kept alive for generations to come.
