To participate in this event and sell food we administer a $300 charge for one day and 500 for 2 day for the trucks/food vendors. Travis County, if you are not already permitted will make you get a temporary permit. *

We will require that all trucks do samples for our honorary judges. They will get there an hr before start time. There will be 8 judges *
