2022 Mother Carr's Farm Membership Agreement

Mother Carr's Farm has entered into a partnership with the Health Policy Institute (HPI) of Chicago to offer a Community Supported Agriculture Initiative.

Members of Mother Carr’s Farm 2022 Season will receive fresh pesticide-free produce during the growing season. Produce is distributed bi-weekly (twice monthly). Our harvest season typically starts in mid-July and continues until the end of November, weather permitting.

Questions or concerns can be directed to the HPI Farm Initiative, via 708-816-1132. Our Answering Service will take requisite information to purchase a 2022 Membership. Thereafter a member of our team will contact you to finalize your Membership. You may also contact us via Email, Farm@HPIChicago.org.
