Stroke Support Station is offering Strength and Cardio workout to help increase your flexibility, mobility, strengthening your heart and lungs as well as to build up your muscles. The sessions are catered for stroke recovery. This series would be conducted by Liew Huay Ling, FISAF certified Group Exercise Instructor.

Location: S3 @ Enabling Village
Dates: Every Thursday, April 13 to June 1, 2023 
Time: 11:00AM-12:00PM
Cost: $80 nett for 8 sessions (Payment via Cash or Internet Banking)

Registration is on a first come first served basis, after payment is received. These sessions are only for S3 members. If you would like to register as an S3 member, please contact us at info@s3.org.sg or 6473 3500. S3 membership is FREE.

No refunds or replacement session(s) will be provided for client's cancellation or no-show.  Stroke Support Station (S3) will exercise all possible care to run the confirmed workshop/sessions/talk however, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, S3 reserves the right to cancel or defer the session/s or talk, and/or change venue, instructor/speaker, and dates at short notice. S3 will take all reasonable efforts to notify participants of changes, should they happen. In the event that the workshop/session/ talk is cancelled prior to its commencement, S3 will make a refund of the fees paid by the member (if any) in the form of credits to the client’s account for future Wellness sessions.
