Please note: Our One-Time Assistance Program is for caregivers of diabetic cats who have just been hit with the news of their cat's diagnosis and are struggling to come up with the initial costs. A starting supply of insulin and a blood glucose testing kit will be provided along with information on how to get supplies inexpensively going forward. It is not a program for providing ongoing assistance.
If you qualify as low income, can provide proof of low income status, and need ongoing assistance, please indicate that on this form to be contacted when our currently-paused Compassionate Assistance Program begins accepting applications again.
