Learn to Skate Enrollment Form
We are now enrolling for:
Spring Session 3 April 13th to May 23th

We will finish out the school year with this session.  

Ice Skate Memorial City will have summer classes.  Registration will be posted very shortly.  We will offer Summer Classes on Tuesday AM at 11.30am-12.30pm, Thursday 5.15 pm-6.15pm, and Saturday 12.30 to 1.30pm.  

We will NOT have class on May 18th, May 25th, or July 4th.  Thursday, 4th of July class, can be made up.

If you are trying to enroll in our current Learn to Skate semester, no worries... You can still drop into classes for $30 per class.  You can make payment at the counter through the remainder of our current semester.

Pricing:

1ST SUMMER: April 13 to May 23,  2024 

2ND SUMMER: May 28 to June 29, 2024

3RD SUMMER: July 2 to August 15, 2024

  • 1 class per week Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday $150
  • 2 classes per week $276
  • 3 classes per week $420

Each skater can make up 1 class per session, and will receive one punch card for 10 public sessions on the first day of the semester.  The rink is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.  The cards will only be handed out on the first day of each semester's class.

Sibling Discount of 50% after the first two full price enrollments in a single semester.  (email: mhagbo@skatememorialcity.com for further information and payment option)

Makeup Policy

Make up sessions must be booked 24 hour in advance, and must be emailed to mhagbo@skatememorialcity.com. 

If no make up is registered 24 hours in advance, the skater will pay $30 for the class.

You may make up one class per semester and it must be made up within that semester

Assumption and Acknowledgment of Risk and Release of Liability Agreement

In consideration of being instructed and/or coached for ice skating in any way by Ice Skate Memorial City, along with any related events and activities, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees that:

  1. The activities involved in this program have a significant risk or injury, including, but not limited to, permanent paralysis and even death.
  2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risk, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others, and I assume full responsibility for my participation.
  3. I willingly agree to comply with the states customary terms and conditions for participation, however, if I observe any unusual or significant hazard during my presence of participation, I will immediately notify the nearest official or manager of Ice Skate Memorial City.
  4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns personal representation, and next of kin release, indemnify, and hold harmless Ice Skate Memorial City, its officers, officials, agents, or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners, and leasers of premises used to conduct events (“releasees”), with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, loss of, or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the releasees or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  5. All skater’s must be able to attend class without coaxing or crying.  Skater’s will NOT be forced to skate at Ice Skate Memorial City. 
  6. There are no refunds for Learn to Skate. 
  7. Yearly enrollment fee is from June 1 to June 1 of the next calendar year.
