Four Frames of Leadership
Thursday, November 18, 2021
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
via Zoom
Led by Honora Eskridge, Director, Sarah Shannon Stevenson Science & Engineering Library & Interim Associate University Librarian for Campus Library Services
During this workshop participants will explore the Four Frames of Leadership. This model, developed by Lee Bolman and Terrance Deal, embraces the contextual nature of leadership, bringing together different leadership theories into a useful tool that can be applied in day-to-day situations. The four frames can help students develop and use multi-frame thinking that goes beyond natural strengths.
Sponsored by the Russell G. Hamilton Graduate Leadership Institute.
This workshop is open to all graduate school students (PhD, MA, MFS, MLAS & MS) and postdocs.
