2024 MD23 State Convention Registration
It's that time in our Lions year to begin the registration for the 2024 MD State Convention which will be held at Middlesex Community College in Middletown on Saturday, May 11th.  We will be doing individual registration for the convention this year along with online payment.  Please read the directions below and if you have any questions, please contact convention@connecticutlions.org.

Everyone  attending this convention must complete this online registration form.
Delegates are not automatically registered.  You must also complete this online registration form.

Registration Required for Each Attendee.  $7 fee

PLEASE NOTE THAT LUNCH ORDERS HAVE BEEN CLOSED

Registration Instructions:
Complete your registration information add any additional attendees (up to total of five) complete meal and drink information, payment information and then hit "submit".

Payment Instructions:
After you hit submit, you'll receive an email with a link taking you to the PayPal site for payment. You can pay by:  PayPal, Credit/Debit Card or Venmo. To pay by check, see below. 

Please Note:  When you receive your confirmation with the link to pay, all the information you entered in registration and meals will be in that confirmation message along with the link to pay. You do not need a PayPal account to process payment. Keep this confirmation so you can refer to it as needed.

If you want to pay by check, complete this form and click the submit button.  Do not click the online pay link unless you intend to pay online.  Your record will be flagged and make your check out to :  Multiple District 23 Lions (or MD23 and memo notation: "State Convention") and mail no later than May 4th to:
