This is an agreement for panelists serving on FY23 Flexible Support Round 1 grant round for the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council (MRAC).
 
MRAC agrees to pay the full stipend amount of $200 for serving as a panelist. Service includes attending a webinar orientation, reading all assigned applications and providing an evaluation for each application, which includes at least one written summary comment and a score for each criterion.

The evaluations must be submitted electronically no later than Thursday, November 3rd at 12:00 pm.

This form must also be completed by Thursday, November 10th.
 
Panelists are responsible for their own tax liability. A 1099-Miscellaneous Tax Form will be mailed to payee at the end of January of the following year if annual earnings at MRAC exceed $600.
