Transferring New or existing User to an existing seat in Implemented Offices (Head Office, Regional Offices, Circle Offices)
  1. ഇ ഓഫീസ് നടപ്പാക്കിയ ഓഫീസിലെ നിലവിലുള്ള സീറ്റിലേക്ക് ഇ-ഓഫീസ് അക്കൗണ്ടുള്ള ജീവനക്കാർ സ്ഥലം മാറി വരികയോ, നാളിതുവരെ ഇ -ഓഫീസ് അക്കൗണ്ട് ഇല്ലാത്ത ജീവനക്കാർ പുതുതായി ജോയിൻ ചെയ്യുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്ന സന്ദർഭത്തിൽ മാത്രമേ ഈ ഫോമിൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ നൽകാവൂ.
  2. ജീവനക്കാരന് നിലവിൽ "@kerala.gov.in" എന്ന ഡൊമൈനിൽ ഇമെയിൽ അഡ്രെസ്സ് ഇല്ല എങ്കിൽ ഇമെയിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ഫോമിൽ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട വിവരങ്ങൾ കൂടി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
  3. ഫോം പൂരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സംശയങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ട് എങ്കിൽ noeoffice.kwa@kerala.gov.in മുഖേന ബന്ധപ്പെടാവുന്നതാണ്.
