Minimum Requirements before Submitting Request:
Ensure it is a signature program
Incorporate one of the four objectives
Approved on Hopkins Groups prior to submission
Submit a detailed proposal that speaks to impact (5 Ws & H)
Overall Mission/Objectives should answer any questions that the approver would need to approve.
Who, what, when, where, & how.
Social programs will likely not receive approval from funding. However, your program can incorporate social interaction.
Programs must speak to the concept of “impact”
Academic Enrichment: Lectures/Academia/Research
Community Engagement: Service Projects with Community
Social Justice: Trainings/Workshops/Seminars/Dialogues
Identity Development: Speaks to Intersectionality
After approval of Funding Request for Programs:
Receive notification from AD for Programming- Approval; Denial; Recommendations before Approval
Meet with AD for Programming to make specific purchases
Meetings can be phone conference and/or in-person
Submit marketing for the program to OMA- Must Use OMA Logo & #Heritage365 Logo
Post-Program Expectations:
Use Corq/ Campus Engagement App for attendance
Create and send survey to attendees to assess the program
