Rules for Entry:
*We must have one entry form per quilt.
*There is a limit of 20 items per exhibitor.
*All entries must hang for the duration of the show, unless item is for sale and is sold (at which time we will work with the new owner)
Concerning Items for Sale:
*If you wish to have items for sale, at least 2 of your exhibits must be for display only.
* We welcome items for sale and are happy to conduct the sale for you, however please understand that the Cruso Friendship Club asks for a 10% donation from all of your sales to help offset costs and to help others in our community which is our mission.
**Entries for the Cruso Challenge must meet all requirements for the challenge or they will be hung for display only. (Additional copies of rules for the Challenge may be found at www.crusonc.com/quiltshow, or by calling Levi at 828-400-7323.)

By entering your quilt in the 2023, 34th Annual Cruso Quilt Show, you understand that neither the Cruso Friendship Club nor the Cruso Community Development Corporation (CCDC) can be held responsible for any loss or damage to items. You are entering the quilt at your own risk. We do make every effort to ensure the protection of your quilt and your quilt will not be left alone while in our possession. By clicking submit, I give Cruso Friendship Club and the CCDC the right to use images of my quilt for the promotion of the show in any publications, promotions, or other printed or electronic media without further compensation to me. Additionally, you understand that we cannot release your displayed item early, and that items will be returned beginning no earlier than 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 26, 2023, after the drawing for the Donation Quilt. We thank you very much for entering your quilt and for helping us to make the 2023 Cruso Quilt Show a success! We can’t do it without you.
