THIS WILL BE AN INDOOR DOUBLE BALLROOM EVENT IN BENTON HARBOR
VENUE ADDRESS WILL BE DISCLOSED WEEK OF SHOW


EVENT TIMES
FRI NOV 11 - NOON - MIDNIGHT
SAT NOV 12 - NOON - MIDNIGHT

Vendors should expect regular foot traffic from 1000 - 2000 guests throughout the 2 day event and will be placed between the stages and multiple camping zones.

SETUP
Spots will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis on site. Sponsors will get priority.
YOU WILL NOT NEED 

Vendor set up will begin Thursday morning at noon. 
You will be able to come setup your booth the day before the show and close it up to return on Friday with it all setup. You can camp overnight behind your booth.

If you can't setup the day before, your booth must be loaded in and setup no later than noon Friday before our doors open.

PAYMENT
Our vendor team will reach out to you about payment shortly after you fill out the form.
PAYMENT IS DUE BEFORE THE EVENT, we are no longer accepting cash on site. Your vendor rep will reach out to you and coordinate a pickup or you can pay via Cashapp to $bigcloudfarms. Don't send payment without including the notes with what brand you're paying for. Late payments will be subject to a $250 fee.

RULES
- Michigan brands only!
- Event is 21+ / ID required at the gate. No exceptions.
- No dogs whatsoever.
- No illegal drugs allowed on site or for sale.
- No firearms or weapons allowed on site.
