Pre-med Mentoring Form for Mentees
Hello and thank you for your interest in being paired with a mentor. Our mentors are pre-medical students, just like you, who are in the latter years of the pre-med process. Once we pair you up, you will meet with your assigned mentor for about 30 minutes a week or as needed. You are entirely free to tailor your discussions with your mentor so that you can gain knowledge about areas that you are struggling in or would like more advice about. We will do our best to pair you up with mentors who are knowledgeable about the areas you would like to discuss, so please be detailed in your answers for this form.
