DUNEX Stakeholder Coffee Hours
The U.S. Coastal Research Program (USCRP) invites you to join one or more of three virtual coffee hours this spring to discuss your management needs with DUNEX (the During Nearshore Event Experiment) researchers.  Each coffee hour will begin with a brief presentation by a coastal management stakeholder on a different topic.  The rest of the time will be spent in an open, informal conversation to hear from other managers about their challenges related to this topic, and to entertain input and questions from DUNEX researchers.

The goal of these coffee hours is to introduce researchers to coastal management challenges that may relate to DUNEX.  Some challenges may be immediately addressed by the 2021 work; whereas others may serve to influence the direction of future research and/or the transition of ongoing research into application.  USCRP intends to fund future proposals to transition science to use.
