Due to exceptional demand and 70% reduction on normal staffing levels we are asking customers to help us identify orders that require an urgent telephone update. If you are a regular customer, happy to wait for an email update, content with the current level of information provided we would like your help in order to prioritise the many first time buyers, those who are anxious about delivery or for others reasons require an urgent update.

Please fill in your preferences below if you wish to assist us. If you do not provide any information we have a schedule to call all customers and already made progress this week. We did aim to complete it but the current workloads have made this unachievable.

Please provide a user ID (if you know it) otherwise order ID's of any orders in our system. If you can then set your contact preference and urgency this will help us tackle the backlog next week.

Please note if everyone flags there orders as urgent we will be unable to prioritise those who are more in need of an update.
