2019-2020 Riverdale Heights Clubs Registration
Please read the Riverdale Heights course descriptions before completing this form.   More details and schedules are located under the "Student Clubs" tab at www.riverdaleheightspta.com.

Registration will remain open until clubs are full.  Accepted applicants will be notified via e-mail with instructions on how to submit payment.

Please do not submit more than one application for the same club for the same child.

* We are looking for volunteers who are willing to help with the following:
1-Chess Club  (Grades 3-6)
2-Geography Club
3-Science Club ( Grades 1-3)
4-Lego Club K-1st
Additionally, ideas for new clubs are welcome!
