Students enrolled in Primary Ballet & Tap have the option to star in our Holiday Showcase performances at the John & Nancy Hughes Theatre at Gorton Center December 15 & 16.  

The children will learn the choreography during their Primary Ballet & Tap class time.  The students must be available December 15 or 16.  The participation fee is $175 and includes use of costume, keepsake shirt, rehearsal on stage and performance.

1). Must be enrolled in Primary Ballet & Tap.

2). Complete this form to confirm your commitment.

3). Children attend Primary Ballet & Tap class each week.  During class the dancers will learn and practice the choreography.  

4). Children will be assigned to perform in one of the Holiday Show performances on either December 15 or December 16,  the date/time will be determined no later than Nov 16.

Note: Tickets to the December: 15 & 16: CELEBRATE! Holiday Showcase Performances at Gorton Center will go on sale Nov 17 at 10AM .

ELIGIBILITY: children enrolled in Primary Ballet & Tap at LoMastro, are eligible to participate.  Your child must be enrolled in the class before completing this form.  Select the class your child is enrolled in. *
Children will be assigned to perform in one of the CELEBRATE! Holiday Showcase performances on either December 15 or December 16,  the date/time will be determined no later than Nov 16. Please check all performance date/times that you are available to be cast in. We will then cast the dancers and confirm which show your dancer is assigned to.
