Code of Conduct Agreement:
By registering my child to participate in the Carolina Pistons Basketball Club, I agree to:
1. Conduct myself with high character at all times and demand the same from my child. There are always lessons to be learned, even in challenging situations. For any grievance or issue with a coach or the program, please give 24 hours to the situation for all parties to think and act more respectfully. 
2. Facilitate my child's participation in all practices and weekend tournaments and when this is not possible, to communicate with my child's coaches prior to any absences.
3. Assume all risk and bear full responsibility for all injuries that my child may sustain while participating in the Carolina Pistons basketball activities (practices, games, etc.). 
4. Pay all fees associated with club participation or make clear arrangements with the director if alternative payment arrangements are required. Fees may only be refunded if a player sustains an injury during Carolina Pistons Club activities prior to the midway point of the season.
