Three Little Birds Ambassador Program Registration


For families in our nest who are interested in getting more involved but not sure where to start, this is an opportunity to join a volunteer group of parents working together to support Three Little Birds mission, programs and services and expand our footprint directly to your community.

Our organization is growing and fast! In order to keep up with the demands for our services, we need to move deeper into the community to become Program Sponsors, Community Partners or Sponsors! We are seeking to find representatives for each County to help us with monthly goals for outreach, finding avenues for funding and more!

What do you do for a living? (strange question, I know....this will help in determining what tasks we can assign to the group or who may be able to take the lead on certain projects or brainstorm ways that can be helpful or fill a need we have.)

Can you commit to a one hour zoom call on the 1st Wednesdays of the month from 6-7 PM?

Can you commit to 10-15 hours of volunteer support per month. Most tasks will be administrative in nature or involve making contact with people and distributing information on sponsorships, events, etc.

We will be adding a page to our website to highlight our ambassadors and allowing space for families to leave a little memorial love note to their babies. Can you add a note below to be included? It can be as long or short as you would like. (Please be sure to include the full spelling of their name and dates)

Do you want to include a photo of your baby or an image that represents them or your family? We will also need a head shot for you too.
