Are you interested in making / serving a dish at the next Ashdown brunch? Fill out this form to share a comfort food, cultural dish, etc. with the broader graduate community, and we will be in touch to discuss logistics / funding. We can offer up to $300 in funding for your dish.

Additional details:
1) Brunch occurs once per month from 12 - 2 PM ET, typically on the second Sunday of the month.
2) The featured dish can be prepared in the Hulsizer or elsewhere (and transported to Ashdown prior to the brunch date/time). Keep in mind you (+ volunteers) will need to prepare enough to feed approximately 150-200 people.
3) To ensure that we have enough time to set up organizers are expected to arrive by 11 AM the day of brunch to set up your food.
4) Applications with a larger number of organizers will be prioritized.
5) Please submit your application at least 2 weeks in advance of your proposed brunch month to allow time for approval and publicity.
6) Further details including reimbursement instructions will be sent to successful applicants.
