1. The Escape agrees to rent to the Guest, the venue located at 814 W White River Blvd Muncie, IN 47303 for the day and times booked through The Escape website.
2. The hourly rental rate for The Escape is $100 with a two hour minimum. The total rental fee is calculated based on the agreed-upon event duration.
3. By signing this agreement, the guests acknowledge that no deposit has been required, and that any damages incurred during or by guests at the event may be charged to the credit card used to create the booking.
4. The Guest agrees to be responsible for all setup and tear-down activities. The Guest agrees to remove all decorations and personal items at the end of the event. The Guest agrees to be responsible for taking out all trash following the event and properly disposing of it in the outside bins or removing it completely from the property. The Guest agrees to sweep the floors and leave The Escape in the same condition as it was at the start of the rental period.
5. No alcohol is allowed on the premises unless it is served by a licensed vendor. If Guest plans on having a vendor present to serve alcoholic beverages, the Guest must provide proof of the vendor's license to The Escape no later than three days prior to the event.
6. In the event of cancellation by the Guest more than 30 days prior to the original booking date, 50% of the booking total will be refunded upon request. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event are non-refundable.
7. The Guest assumes full responsibility for any damages to The Escape during the rental period. The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold The Escape harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the space.
8. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana and represents the entire agreement between the parties.
