Well-Being in the World of Dungeons & Dragons ( Informed consent and the research description)

Dear participant,

My name is Nikoleta Vujosevic (e-mail: nikoleta19@student.elte.hu). Currently, I am a second-year student of master’s studies at Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest, Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology. As part of my studies, it is mandatory for me to conduct a research in order to write my master thesis and graduate.
The research is coordinated by my supervisor Nikolett Arató, PhD (e-mail: arato.nikolett@ppk.elte.hu), assistant professor of ELTE PPK.

The topic of this research is Well-Being in the World of Dungeons & Dragons: The Interplay of personal and constructed character traits. This research would aim to investigate the impact of the difference between self-perception and the perception of a D&D character on the players wellbeing, and lastly, how the players personality differs from the imagined one.
