Betty Bear's Cheshire Staycation
An exciting opportunity for KS1 children to develop their musicianship skills whilst travelling with Betty Bear.

Project includes 6 x 45 minute sessions delivered by a specialist teacher, song book and access to performance and backing tracks via our website. Along with an opportunity to take part in a celebration performance as part of a massed concert at Congleton Town Hall in March.

This year the theme is a Cheshire Staycation and includes songs about the mills in Macclesfield, salt works in Middlewich and Jodrell Bank to name a few.

Cost is £250 per class (maximum 35 children)

Cancellation Policy

1) Notice to cancel a Curriculum Extension project must be made in writing. Where notice is given more than eight weeks in advance of the commencement date of the project in question, there will be no charge made to the school. Where notice is given less than eight weeks but more than four weeks in advance of the commencement date, the school will be liable for 50% of the project cost. Where notice is given less than four weeks before the commencement date, the school will be liable for the full cost of the project. In the case of Singfest the project start date is the first massed rehearsal you would attend.

2) A charge will be made to any school wishing to book an additional Curriculum Extension project session e.g. the school does not or is unable to attend a scheduled Singfest rehearsal, but would like a visit made to their school in lieu of this. This charge will be based upon the amount of time requested at the hourly rate of £47.40.
