Welcome to the online raffle for a chance to purchase the Nike SB "Rayssa's Dunk"! This marks our fifth raffle event with Nike SB and the exclusive release of the sneaker in Portugal.

Timeline:

• This raffle will accept entries starting from Saturday, March 16th, 2024, and will conclude next Wednesday March 20th, 2024, at 23:59 GMT.
  
  
• Winners will start to be contacted by email starting on Thursday, March 21st, 2024.
  
  
• In-store pickup will be available starting on Friday, March 22nd, 2024, at 11:00 GMT.
  
  
• In case of shipping, we will start the shipments on Friday, March 22nd, 2024, once we have confirmed receipt of payment.

• Complete all form fields accurately.
  
  
• In-store pickup winners must claim by Saturday, March 30th, 2024.
  
  
• Shipping payment deadline: Saturday, March 30th, 2024.
  
  
• If the selected winner fails to claim the chosen pair by the designated date, it will be randomly assigned to a new winner.
  
  
• Loyal customers will be handle with priority. If you've previously made a purchase on cybercafeskateshop.com or if you're a regular visitor to our physical store, you will have a higher chance of winning the raffle.

• If you win, there are two choices for your purchase: 1) Pick up in-store or 2) Shipping to EMEA Region countries (Europe, Middle East & Africa).

• Winners who opt for in-store pick up must bring identification (must match the winner's name).
  
  
• In-store pickup location: Cybercafé Skateshop, 1200-182 Rua do Ferragial 1, Lisbon.
  
  
• The Shipping option is applicable for countries in the EMEA Region, and addresses outside of this zone will not be taken into consideration.
  
  
• Multiple entries with identical details will be disqualified.
  
  
• Avoid contacting the store for additional information. The winners will be notified and will receive instructions via email. Please don't call the shop.

• All winners will be notified ONLY and exclusively through Cybercafé Skateshop official email address (info@cybercafeskateshop.com) . Any other email account may potentially be a scam.
  
  
• Winners that choose shipping option will be contacted exclusively via the email info@cybercafeskateshop.com with the necessary information to proceed with the payment by bank wire transfer.
  
  
• The shoe price is €125, with €5 from each pair sold being used to reinvest in the Portuguese skate community through DIY projects, events, and skateparks.
  
  
• If you choose the shipping option within Portugal, an additional €5 fee will be added to the final price to cover shipping costs and the double box package.
  
  
• Selecting the shipping option for destinations outside Portugal will trigger an additional charge. This fee will be calculated, communicated to you via email, and incorporated into the final price to cover the costs of shipping and the double box package.
  
  
• Winning the raffle secures your opportunity to purchase a pair in the pre-selected size. Remember that if you win the raffle you’re not winning the shoes, but the chance to buy one.
  
  
• Exchange or returns will only be accepted if the error was ours. Make sure to select the correct size. You will not be able to change the size after winning the raffle.
