Below you will find 10 prompts to help you write your story.  You can answer the questions and we will write your story or you can submit your story at the end without completing the questions.

You can also send a video or an audio tell us your story.  Please send it to info@holistipedia.ca.  

Your story will be published on www.holistipedia.ca so the community can read it.

1. Describe your background, lifestyle, and any challenges or issues that you may be facing that led you to embark on this path.

2.  Describe the specific event or realization that sparked your desire for change. This could be a health scare, a major life event, or simply a moment of self-reflection.
3.  Outline your wellness goals. These could be physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, environmental, financial or occupational goals, such as losing weight, managing stress, finding balance, or improving self-confidence. The goals should be realistic, specific, and meaningful to you.
4. Detail the various obstacles and challenges you encountered along your journey. This could include physical limitations, emotional setbacks, time constraints, or external factors such as unsupportive friends or family. How did you overcome these challenges?
5.  Explain the strategies and approaches you adopted to achieve your goals. This may involve lifestyle changes, such as adopting a healthy diet, engaging in regular exercise, practicing mindfulness or meditation, seeking therapy, or exploring alternative therapies like yoga or acupuncture.
6.  Document the milestones and progress that you achieved throughout your journey. This could include measurable achievements like weight loss, improved fitness levels, reduced stress levels, or enhanced emotional well-being.
7.  Indicate any setbacks or moments of discouragement that you experienced. These setbacks can provide opportunities for growth and learning. Emphasize how your learned from these experiences, adapted your approach if necessary, and maintained your determination to continue.
8.  Highlight the importance of a support system in your wellness journey. This could involve friends, family, a mentor, a therapist, network, or even online communities.
9.  Illustrate the personal transformation and self-discovery your underwent throughout your journey. This could involve newfound self-confidence, improved self-awareness, a deeper understanding of their values and priorities, or a shift in perspective on what it means to live a fulfilling and healthy life.
10.  Conclude your wellness journey story by summarizing your overall achievements and the impact your journey has had on your well-being.
