In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I for myself or for the child or group, my/their executors, administrators, and assigns, do hereby release and discharge the Glad Peach Festival, City of Coloma, Coloma Township, volunteer workers, and other supporting agencies for all claims of damages, injury, demand, actions whatsoever in any manner arising or growing out of my participation in said event. I attest and certify that I / we have full and legal authority to bind myself and for which I sign to this agreement. I attest and verify that I / we have full knowledge of the risks involved in the event. I/we grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, records, or any other record of these events in which I, my family, staff, group or employees maybe be contained for any legitimate purpose.
