KREWE Winter Summit Days - Youth Registration
Welcome to the registration for KREWE Winter Summit at Camp Tekakwitha February 20th, March 13th and April10th! We are so excited to have you join us on this wonderful opportunity. PLEASE ARRIVE TO CAMP BY 8:30AM.

This form is for students and is to be completed by their parent as this serves as their liability form. You should be connected with either a PARISH group or SCHOOL group.  If you are attempting to register as an individual without a group, please consult your director of religious education, youth minister or pastor. WE CANNOT ACCEPT REGISTRATIONS FROM INDIVIDUAL STUDENTS AT THIS TIME.

Once you submit this form, your spot is officially reserved and your parish youth minister will be notified. Your youth minister should have been the one to invite you to this leadership training, so make sure to let them know you registered!
