Your answer
Please initial here to acknowledge your understanding of the following statement:
Please recognize that, although you compete for parts during the audition process, you are all part of the same team. Any concerns you have about fairness in casting or treatment of any other cast member by the teachers, student directors or other cast members must be privately expressed to an adult director and no one else. You must treat your fellow cast members with respect and kindness. Wish for and help in their success. Their success is also your success. There should be no cliques nor "fueds" between choir and drama kids or anything like that. Most criticism of another cast member's behavior or performance should simply not be expressed in rehearsals, backstage or through networking or media. Directors give notes to the cast. Actors may provide suggestions, not "notes." If you do express any concerns it should be to the teachers or an offer to help to the struggling cast member.
Failure to adhere to this policy may result in your role being recast and being dismissed from the cast.
