An official coach or school employee should complete the following form to register for the MTHS Academic Challenge on Saturday, Dec. 18th. If you are one of the first 24 teams to register, Missy Doll-Osterhout will email you with an invoice within a few days. Teams after that will be placed on the wait list and added as staffing permits.

Any attendee (players, coaches, spectators, etc.) associated with our school will not attend the event if they exhibit any covid symptoms.

Masks must be worn by all attendees at all times. Masks must cover your nose and mouth at all times.

Teams will limit spectators to those performing roles/assisting the team.

Attendees will social distance with others to the greatest extent possible.

If any attendees test positive for Covid-19 following the event, they will inform event organizers to begin contact tracing.

All attendees agree to follow the Manheim Township School District Health and Safety Plan, and NAQT Covid Guidelines are recommended.

All teams will go out to lunch or eat outside the building.

All teams will be accompanied by a chaperone with current, valid Volunteer/PA Child Abuse Clearances.

By submitting this registration form, you agree that your team(s) will exhibit good sportsmanship and the spirit of fair play in abiding by the rules at all times during the competition. Registrations with deliberate attempts to divide top players from your school between teams will not be accepted.
