Personal information of RIS students and parents is on file in PowerSchool as a matter of academic record; and as familial reference pertaining to the well-being of the student. 

Student health data is required to be updated annually. For medical information updates, please submit this form before August 18.

For contact information, the school already has each family’s information. We encourage you to fill out only the contact info that needs to be updated. The school will assume your contact info is unchanged if there are no updates. Bookmark this form link and use it to update your contact information throughout the year.  

New students (new to RIS) who have recently completed the admissions and registration process do not need to fill out this form.
