To confirm your appointment, please complete these steps:
1) Email your signed copy of the Consent and Services Agreement to "recharge.coach@gmail.com".
2) Submit $150 here.

NOTE: Your payment and the signed Consent & Services Agreement reserves our appointment. The Exploratory Session will be cancelled if both full payment and the signed Consent & Services Agreement are not received at least 2 business days prior to the scheduled session. There is no fee to reschedule a coaching session more than 24 hours in advance. No refunds are available for missed sessions or for sessions that are rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment (see the Consent & Services Agreement for more information).
