NAIE Call for 2023 NAIE National Conference Committee

NAIE is excited to announce that we are beginning the planning process for our 2023 National Conference.
As you know, volunteers are essential to the success of the NAIE national conferences, and your expertise is needed for the 2023 NAIE National Conference on Interpreting in Education. We are waiting for responses from several venues so we can choose the location and dates. We invite you to consider joining the 2023 NAIE National Conference Committee.

If you are interested in volunteering your talents and serving on the 2023 Conference Committee, please consider the following requirements:

-- You must be available for monthly online conference call meetings. The Conference Committee will decide specific dates and times for meetings.
-- Attend the first conference meeting on October 15, 2022, from 5:30 PM (MST) to 7:00 PM (MST).
-- As the conference date draws closer, attend weekly meetings.

If selected to serve on the committee and duties are fulfilled, your NAIE conference registration will be waived.

Conference Presenters/Program Coordinator-recruit, schedule, and communicate with presenters

Access Coordinator-recruit, schedule, and communicate with interpreters/captionists

Fund Raising Coordinators (2)-solicits and manages sponsorships/donations/SWAG

Volunteer Coordinator-recruit, schedule, train and communicate with on site volunteers

Registration Coordinator-manages and tracks registration prior to and on site

Marketing Coordinator-conference logo flyers, program book, photography and videos

Onsite Conference Volunteers-duties assigned by Volunteer Coordinator
