1.      Customer Support Engineer- Internship/Job
 
Essential Qualification:
  B. tech or Equivalent in Engineering Degree.
  Good Communication skill with fluent in English, e-mail Ethics.
  Ready to travel in field.
  Thane circle would be preferable.
Job Profile:
•         Establish the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation and defining, documenting and enforcing system standards
•         Design and implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment
•         Maximise network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimisation
•         Undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments using information from multiple sources
•         Report network operational status by gathering and prioritising information and managing projects
•         Upgrade VoIP devices & data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases
•         Configure VoIP devices, routing and switching equipment, hosted IP voice services and firewalls
•         Provide remote support to on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation
•         Provide remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation
•         Undertake capacity management and audit of IP addressing and hosted devices
•         Liaise with project management teams, third-line engineers and service desk engineers on a regular basis
•         Speak to customers via email and phone for initial requirement capture.

Job Profile:
•         Developing a new Business Plan- Targeting high Potential Clients, Marketing Presentations and developing materials to reach these clients.
•         Identifying new prospects and Initiating contacts for follow up.
•         Preparing and presenting new Business presentation/ credential presentations
•         Taking Client briefs and communicating them clearly to the team.
•         Participating in creative development processes.
•         Writing proposals, including developing costings and doing research in suppliers where necessary.
•         Closing deals on new Business.
•         Account Management-staying involve with new Key clients through the production process.
•         Project Management
•         Assess Uniplan’s current Marketing Materials and strategies.
•         Work with Management to draw up a New plan and budget for next 1 Year.
