This is because here at OVO, we are always looking at ways we can improve our Member journey so we have a new and improved SEG application form for you to complete.

Our new form allows you to directly upload your supporting evidence directly to your application where we hope this will allow us to process things a lot quicker for you. Please ensure that you have uploaded the correct documents to avoid any delays.
