EARLY-BIRD AND STANDARD RATES:
To be eligible for the early-bird rates for sesshin, make your registration and full payment by June 15, 2024. After this date, the retreats will be charged at the standard rate.
HEALTH PRECAUTIONS
We require that anyone who registers for a Zen event who has cold or flu symptoms on the day should not attend. We also require that sesshin participants complete a Covid RAT test before arriving at Rotoiti Lodge, as a step towards protecting the health of older sangha members. A full refund of the retreat/workshop cost (but not travel costs) will be offered to anyone who cannot attend for health reasons.
IMPORTANT FOR THOSE BOOKING FLIGHTS FOR SESSHIN:
For those arriving in Nelson on the Sunday that sesshin starts (July 14), please book flights that arrive before 1pm. After sesshin, please book your home-bound flight for after 4.15pm Saturday (July 20). This is because transport from the retreat venue will only be offered from 2.30pm that day, and it takes 1 hour 15 mins to return to the airport.
