This is the official form for submitting panel ideas for FanWorks 2023. The deadline to submit panels is Sunday, November 5th at 11:59PM Eastern.

Panels traditionally fall into one of our five programming tracks (Art, Audio, Community, Writing, and Video), but if you have an idea for a panel that doesn't quite fit into one of those categories, you can submit it anyway. There are many examples of panels that have run at past cons in the convention archive.

If you want to submit more than one panel, please fill out this form once for each panel.

If you aren't sure which track your panel idea fits, you can read descriptions of the various panel tracks on the pages linked above. If your panel is a crossover between multiple tracks, e.g. a panel on vid trailers for fanfic, choose "Other" and let us know that the panel is a crossover and which tracks it fits. If you have panel scheduling restrictions, please indicate them here:

For example, if you can't moderate a panel on Saturdays, can't do afternoons / evenings / late nights, and so on. If there are any definite restrictions on your availability, please let us know; this will not affect whether or not your panel is selected. Con time will be in the Eastern time zone, and most panels will run between noon and 6pm.
