Vendors are required to announce any exclusives prior to event so we know what to promote for you

Vendor fee 
$100 - 8ft table
Electric is $25 - paid in advance

- Custom 3 x 5 Banner - (Custom ICON Shirts (2) or NFC business Card if a banner has been made already)
- Logos in all advertisement flyers and business tagged in all posts

Guest Artists are required to make a Digital Commission and Physical Commission - this is for those assigned for the Poster and ICON exclusive Artist Guestbook (to be limited and auctioned off)
Limit for Guest Artists is 9 and all other artists are paid vendors - you will be notified if we met the artist limit prior to being invoiced
(We reserve the right to select the Guest Artists based on our event's needs.)

Food vendors must be insured and have their health dept permit

Mark your calendars folks Mr 845 is hosting ICON (IACCON) our 3rd Comic book convention to be held in Fishkill, NY.

We are not affiliated with Hudson Valley Comic con,  Sugiopopcon or HV Horror Fest

Set up time is 9am day of the event. - if additional time is needed please notify me before Nov 1st

(If we meet our vendor limit, a waiting list will be made for those looking for a spot.  Please expect an email from ceavengers@gmail.com)
(Cancellations after Nov 1st will not be refunded)

Food Truck Vendors are required to be permitted to vendor in Town of Fishkill. 
Indoor food vendors, you must submit your paperwork and health department permits by Oct 1st 2024.  Failure to do so will be a surrender of your vendor fee. Will you have your permits and paperwork? All other vendors - place N/A
