Please complete the following form to request your classes for sophomore year. Please choose your classes by selecting your courses from the drop down menus. You must meet the posted prerequisites for your selected courses. Please read the posted prerequisites to ensure your child is eligible for enrollment in the course.

Counselors will collect forms electronically through your submission, and may contact you with any questions. Please submit your completed form no later than February 12, 2021.  

Once submitted, you must contact your child's counselor to make any changes. All schedule changes must be received no later than May 27, 2021. No schedule changes will be made between May 28, 2021 and August 9, 2021.
