The breath is a divine conduit to connecting to yourself and the shared energy around you. If you find the breath fascinating and are interested in going deeper with the connection to your breath as well as want to learn how to help guide others, then this certification will draw these skills into awareness and offer a safe space to practice them.

This is a three-month 95 hour certification that will provide you with the tools needed to deepen your practice and to guide the practice of others, while rooting you in the eight foundational aspects of yoga. Join with others as we explore the power of the breath learning various intentional breathing techniques.

A virtual/in-studio hybrid training format is available during the Fall and Spring sessions. The Summer session is completely virtual. You do not have to be a yoga teacher to obtain certification.

Payment Plan: This is a monthly installment payment plan; there are 3 payments of $260.00. The tuition payment plan begins the first day the payment is taken and will remain in place until all three payments are completed. Your credit card will be charged automatically monthly, on the 1st of each month.
