Teacher Reference Number (formerly known as a DfES number) is a 7-digit number (no letters) and may have this format XX/XXXXX. If you are unsure of your TRN there are a number of ways you can find it:

Failure to attend without notice given to  the hub administrator at least 48 hours before the date of the session, or in the event of an emergency 2 hours prior to the start of the event, (evidence may be required) will be subject to an administration fee of £50.  By submitting this form you agree to the terms and conditions regarding cancellation and non attendance for events.

As part of our role, London SW Maths Hub collect and hold a certain amount of data about individuals involved in our work. The data includes name, role, school, email address, Teacher TRN and DBS information for safeguarding purposes if the activity is planned on school premises. The agreement between us and the DfE requires us to monitor and evaluate our work as a Maths Hub, and this is the legal basis for the data that we hold.  Some of this data is reported on a regular basis to the NCETM and DfE.  In addition, we use this data to keep in touch with you on professional development opportunities and related matters.
