MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:1. Broker/Agent must have an 'Active' Colorado real estate license.
2. Employing Broker must be a CREN member before Associate Broker can join CREN.
3. Brokerage/dba must be registered with Colorado Secretary of State
4. Broker/Agent must have an active Realtor status with a primary or secondary membership in a local Colorado Realtor association paying local and Colorado state dues.
BILLING: All Fees are Prepaid and Non-Refundable.- $300 One-time New Office Setup Fee
- $125 One-time New Broker/Agent Setup Fee
- $480 Annual Access Fee (invoiced January 1st)
- $240 Bi-Annual Access Fee (invoiced January 1st and June 1st)
- CREN Access Fee is billed twice a year. You have option to pay Bi-Annually or Annually.
- Access fees are prorated for current billing cycle at startup.
- 'Start-up Invoice' is Due on Receipt.
- If invoice is unpaid after 30 days, the invoice and application will be cancelled. A new application will be required.
- Allow 3-5 business days for application processing.
