Kids Club // Gingerbread House Build (Dec 9)
This form is to register your child for TriCity Church Kids Club on December 9, 2022.

Kids Club is open to all kids Grades K-5 and will be from 6pm - 8pm.

Cost is $10/person which includes Pizza!
Payment is cash or debit the night of the event.

PLEASE BRING A CLEAN, SMALL (237mL) MILK CARTON, LABELLED WITH CHILD'S NAME, TO THIS EVENT  

The TriCity Church Building is at 2145 Nova Scotia Ave. in Port Coquitlam
