Please fill out the entire form by August 4th.  We will be in contact if your song/performance is chosen for consideration and we will ask you to record the song at that time.  Then we will announce a final selection of musical numbers.  There will be online rehearsals with the pianist and then one in person tech rehearsal (date TBD) and then the performance on Sunday, September 13th at 2:00pm.
