• Etwaige Kosten für Übernachtungen in Leipzig sowie Verpflegung während des Kurses sind individuell zu tragen.
• Stornierung der Anmeldung: Wir empfehlen eine Seminar-Rücktrittsversicherung. Damit vermeidest du im Falle einer Nicht-Teilnahme, die Kosten selbst tragen zu müssen.
• Wir sind an die örtlichen Corona Regeln gebunden. Es gibt Stand 16. July 2022 keine Einschränkungen. Die dann aktuellen Regeln müssen wir umsetzen. Wir informieren Euch kurz vor Start.
• Einverständniserklärung zu Foto- und/oder Filmaufnahmen: Mit der Anmeldung erklärst du dich damit einverstanden, dass im Rahmen der angebotenen Veranstaltungen des KlezWeCan e.V. Bilder und/oder Videos von den Teilnehmer*innen gemacht werden und zur Veröffentlichung zu Dokumentations- und Werbezwecken verwendet und zu diesem Zwecke auch abgespeichert werden dürfen. Die Fotos und/oder Videos dienen ausschließlich der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit des KlezWeCan e.V. Das ist enorm wichtig für unsere Arbeit! DANKE!

• Accommodation and food/drinks during the course are to be oganized and paid for by the participants.
• Cancellation: we recommend getting a cancelation insurance. That way you can avoid having to pay for the costs in case you could not participate.
• We follow the local Corona rules. At the moment of writing, 16 July, there are no limitations. The regulations will be updated. You will be informed before the workshop.
• Declaration of consent to photo- and filmrecording: with registration, you also declare to agree to photo and film recordings being made of the workshop and its participants, with the purpose of publication for documentation and promotion. You also agree that these recordings are stored. These recordings will not be used for any other purpose than the promotion work of KlezWeCan e.V. This is very import for our work- thank you!
