FRYSC AmeriCorps works with Kentucky’s Division of Family Resource and Youth Services Centers. The Corporation for National Community Service (CNCS) funds FRYSC CORPS through a competitive federal grant that provides a living allowance, health benefits and training for service minded individuals. These individuals become reading tutors and remove other nonacademic barriers to learning at host FRYSCs throughout districts in targeted Kentucky counties.

Applicants are required to complete applications for partnership in accordance with FRYSC AmeriCorps requirements to participate in the competitive selection process.

Current partners are required to complete a Continuation plan in accordance with FRYSC AmeriCorps requirements to participate in the 2022-2023 program year.
