Have you felt pulled towards concentration and the absorptive nature of the meditative state? Do you want to deepen your meditation practice as well as guide others? Are you interested in increasing your knowledge of mudras?

If you answered yes, then this certification is for you. This is a three-month 95 hour certification that will provide you with the tools needed to deepen your ability to move into concentration and meditation, while also giving you the skills to guide others in the practice plus rooting your understanding in yogic philosophy. Come find your voice as a guide, discover the appropriate time to use scripts and when to improvise as well as how to appropriately hold space for the meditation journeys of your students.

A virtual/in-studio hybrid training format is available during the Winter and Spring sessions. The Summer and Fall session is completely virtual. You do not have to be a yoga teacher to obtain certification.

Payment Plan: This is a monthly installment payment plan; there are 3 payments of $260.00. The tuition payment plan begins the first day the payment is taken and will remain in place until all three payments are completed.
