1) After submission of this form, you will receive the filled application form in your e-mail.
2) Please make a pdf document of the application form and name the file as MEMS_RollNumber_XX.PDF. (In the file name where XX is given, a serial number starting from 01 to 99 can be used, depending on the number of applications you have submitted.)
3) Please upload the pdf document to the AMS portal  for, getting the digital signature of your guide In the AMS(https://ams.iitb.ac.in/pages/login)
4)After Getting Approval, please mark that copy to  "pritee.navghare@iitb.ac.in".
5) The Request will be placed in Queue only after your guide digitally signs the application.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
