Directions: Please fill out this application completely and accurately.
To be eligible for the lottery and enrollment, a student must meet these two criteria:
* the student must reside in the West Linn-Wilsonville School District 51% of the time.
* the student is eligible for the grade levels offered at TRCS (4th-8th grades) based on birth date for the enrollment year.
This form must be submitted by Monday, May 20, 2024 by 4:00 pm (PDT) to be eligible for the TRCS lottery for the 2024-25 school year. Any submissions after this time will be placed on the post-lottery wait list in order of date and time received.
Once you have submitted the form, you should receive a confirmation from Google Forms. If you do not, please reach out to us at office@3rcs.org.
You will be notified of the details on the lottery (student's assigned lottery number, Zoom link) via email on the morning of the lottery, May 23, 2024.
Admission by public lottery to be held on May 23, 2024 at 4:30 pm. The lottery will be shown live via a Zoom Webinar and enrollment information or wait list position will be sent out by June 1.
