Yoga & Meditation Workshop 
Who: All high school aged teens are welcome!
What: Yoga and Meditation Workshop focused on Mindfulness- Learn the immense benefits of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness to reduce anxiety, increase self-confidence, and manage stress. Not only will this help teens improve their resilience, but more importantly, it will teach them to focus on God through prayer, placing their trust in the Holy Spirit to guide them in their challenges, practicing mindfulness by learning how to be still and listen to God speaking to them, reminding them that God dwells within us; if they learn to be still, they can allow the love and grace of Jesus to provide lasting peace.  
When: Sunday, Dec. 4, 6-8 PM (Food will be served at first, and the workshop will begin afterwards)
Where: Souled Out Teen Space
*Bring a yoga mat, if you don't have one, we will have one you can use!
